Icon Fitness Studio iCON Fitness Studio offers challenging but fun group FiTCAMP classes, as well as 1-on-1 personal training and small group training.

At iCON, appropriately designing a comprehensive training program for athletes of all levels involves an extensive education in various disciplines of sports medicine and requires our SMT’s to implement their dramatic and innovative skills into practical application. Our belief is that anyone and everyone that can wake up, get out of bed, brush their teeth, and head off to a busy day of work is ap

Proud to announce that Team iCON will be participating in the 4th Annual “Because of Sadie” 5K fundraiser on Sunday February 1st, in honor of our teenage friend Sadie Winberg, who bravely lost her battle to leukemia 4 years ago…

A portion of the proceeds will be benefiting the animal shelter “Retrievers & Friends of SoCal”, where she loved to volunteer taking care of her furry friends- Team iCON will be donating all the refreshments to refuel post race, so please extend the invite to all your friends to participate as well!!!
