Here’s a great exercise to work on your external right shoulder participation ultimately improving the swing plane while working on eliminating that over the top move we see so often. (For righty’s it’s the right shoulder, lefty’s the left shoulder.) Have a great day!

It’s a proven fact that our immune systems become stronger the more positive we are. There’s plenty of negativity due to the current events we find ourselves in so let’s double down on having an enthusiastic mindset. Here’s another way can focus on our body with surgical tubing, or resistance bands. Not only does this help our golf game, it’s great for the mind, body, and soul. Let’s stay focused on what we can control rather than the alternative. Y’all have yourselves a great weekend!
