Wachesaw Plantation Club Investing in New Amenities to Enhance Club Experience
Murrells Inlet, S.C. — Wachesaw Plantation Club is making a significant investment in its future, announcing a series of multi-million-dollar improvements designed to enhance the member and guest experience while preserving the character and traditions that have defined the Club for more than 40 years.
Several projects have already been completed, including renovations to Kimbels restaurant. The popular riverfront dining venue now features an expanded deck and patio, improved accessibility, and refreshed interior finishes, creating an even more inviting space for members and guests to gather.
Additional improvements are currently underway throughout the Club. Among the most anticipated is the transformation of the pool complex, which will feature a resort-style zero-entry pool, lap lanes, a dedicated
children’s pool, hot tub, expanded lounge areas, and enhanced landscaping. The redesigned facility is being created to serve as a year-round destination for recreation, relaxation, and social gatherings for members and their families.
Construction is also underway on the new Magnolia’s restaurant. The new facility will provide over 4,000 feet of indoor and outdoor seating, creating additional opportunities for dining, private events, and social gatherings.
Founded in 1985, Wachesaw Plantation Club has grown into one of the premier clubs on the South Carolina coast. Nestled along the scenic Waccamaw River in Murrells Inlet, the member-owned club is known for its welcoming atmosphere, active social calendar, dining experiences, and family-friendly amenities.
