Had George in tonight to do some light peaking work on the in preparation for a big camp weekend starting tomorrow!
Gear 3 drops with one R2 run at 12.5% incline. Hit 17.1 on his drop, 18.4 on the R2. Turns around and runs his regular Gear 3 for a PR at 16.4 blasting past his previous 15.7 MPH PR.
Dudes rolling at 236 pounds…

Carter Epting came to us in Feb at 7.44 in the 60.
Hit G3 SHREDmill run at 18.6 last week and today???

I love when the baseball guys I get to work with share home run videos!! BUT I am not gonna lie…getting this one was pretty cool ⚾️⚾️🔥

Carter came to me after running 7.44 in Feb in the 60. Last week he ran 7 flat in the pouring rain. He will see much faster times at his next event.
This is a 17.9 MPH G3 run on the SHREDmill…”down” from his 18.4 the rep before. That’s fast. ⚾️
