3 TOP WORK OUTS FOR LEG DAY🔥 Most of the times the basics are what works the best. We focus on control, squeeze, stretch and take the best out of each repetition.

My client Ceydy is a great example of hard work. When she comes to our 1-1 training sessions we don’t expect any less than push hard and bring the best out of her💪🏼
