Family Classes Monday/Wednesday 6:30PM - 7:30PM
Adult Classes Monday/Wednesday 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
registration: in person at the Murphy Recreation Center, or online at https://secure.rec1.com/TX/murphy-tx/catalog Seidokan Karate involves open-hand (te), weapons (kobudo), jujitsu (tuite) and ground techniques.

The main takeaways from this video is the mindset. Not many people (even people that train) have the energy to walk around with violent scenarios on their mind, but this video shows the importance of general awareness and 'remembering' how to use your weapons (headbutt, elbows, etc).
