🐴🍂 A Tremendous Thursday at HLTEC! 🍂🐴

Another wonderful day in the books for our fall session! We had a great time welcoming back familiar faces and getting to know some of our new riders. ❤️

The barn was full of smiles, happy horses, learning, and lots of great moments in the arena. We love watching our riders build confidence, learn new skills, and grow alongside their equine partners.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers who help make each lesson possible. We couldn’t do what we do without you! 🥰

We had such a great day at the barn welcoming back some familiar faces and meeting some new faces! ❤️

It’s always exciting to see our riders return and watch them continue building confidence, learning new skills, and strengthening their partnerships with their horses. And we’re thrilled to welcome our new riders into the HLTEC family!

🍂🐴 What a terrific first Tuesday of our fall session! 🐴🍂

We were so excited to welcome our riders and volunteers back to the barn today! There were lots of smiles, happy horses, and plenty of progress happening in the arena. ❤️

There’s nothing quite like the sound of happy horses, happy riders, and laughter at the barn!

We are SOOO excited to be back in the saddle for our fall session! 🍂🐎 After the break week, our riders and horses are ready to get back to work, make new memories, build confidence, and accomplish new goals together.

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from High Lonesome! 🐴❤️

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize some of the hardest-working people at High Lonesome Therapeutic Equestrian Center—our amazing volunteers!

Our volunteers give their time, energy, and hearts to our riders, horses, facilities, and grounds. They lead horses, sidewalk, groom, clean stalls, help with lessons, care for our herd, maintain the barn, keep our grounds looking their best, help with repairs and projects, assist at events, and step in wherever they are needed. Some of the work happens in the spotlight, and a LOT happens behind the scenes!

Because of our volunteers, our riders have the opportunity to build confidence, learn new skills, reach goals, and experience the incredible partnership between horse and human. 🐎❤️

Every hour you give, every stall you clean, every horse you groom, every fence you help maintain, every w**d you cut, every project you tackle, and every rider you encourage makes a difference.

High Lonesome simply could not do what we do without you.

So, this Labor Day, we say THANK YOU to every volunteer who has rolled up their sleeves and helped make our barn a special place. Your hard work matters. Your dedication matters. And most importantly, YOU matter. ❤️
