In just four months of training, Millie has earned her Gold Belt and made incredible progress! She consistently attends class, brings a positive attitude, and embraces every challenge. As a hockey player, Millie has also seen firsthand how karate has helped her become stronger, fitter, and more prepared for hockey season. We are so proud of Millie and everything she has accomplished!
