What does an effective workout look like to you?

An effective workout, to me, is one that propels me towards my goals while leaving me energized and ready to tackle the next challenge. In the past, I believed a successful session meant pushing myself to the brink of exhaustion, where I could barely get off the floor. However, over the years, my mindset has evolved. Now, I focus on workouts that enhance my performance, build resilience, and maintain my longevity without leaving me feeling beaten up or unable to move forward. This balanced approach ensures that each session contributes to sustained progress and overall well-being.
