What to expect at the Bullseyes and Bucktails Chapter of Whitetails Unlimited Banquet in 2022!
Dress casual and comfortable, the evening is about having a great time with your friends, meeting new people and supporting a great cause!
Things you will not want to forget! Your TICKETS, and have them filled out and ready to turn in at the door. Bring your cash, credit/debit cards so that you can purchase your general drawing package and Beer/wine cup, then you will be ready to find our seat or the beverage serving area whichever you choose to do first.
At 5pm the social hour begins and all of the games begin, feel free to browse the room to decide which games you would like to participate in and then purchase as many tickets for these games as you would like. The more tickets you have the better your odds of winning.
We will have a silent auction area with gift cards and items that have been donated from local businesses or elsewhere. We are still accepting donations in all forms for this silent auction.
Don’t forget that we will also have a Veterans Memorial Table so that you can have a picture of the Veteran you would like to Honor for a donation of $15 in advance of the event; pictures need to be submitted no later than March 25th, or you can feel free to donate to this cause with any amount that you would like.
Find the general drawing tables and make your choices on where you would like to drop your tickets that you purchased at the door, you can put them all in one place or spread them throughout, the choice is yours to make.
At 7pm we will have our amazing BBQ pork and chicken dinner so be prepared with your appetite as we aim to please!
We will have a live auction in order to win a multitude of Whitetails Unlimited items, Artwork, Archery equipment, and more.
After the Live Auction all of the other drawings will occur and the winners will be announced! We will have an FFL dealer on site to transfer anything that you win throughout the evening!
