We’re excited to share that our BJJ instructors are taking the next step and opening their own dedicated space — Bulldog BJJ 🐾

They’ve been awesome to work with, and we’re proud to support them as they grow!

🥋 BJJ Update
Our instructors can escape mount, defend chokes, and survive spazzy white belts…
But the flu caught them in a submission we don’t teach 🤧
So there will be NO BJJ classes tomorrow (Saturday Feb 21st) while they recover.

They’ll be back soon — hydrated, medicated, and ready to roll again.
In the meantime: Lift something heavy and keep them in your prayers 💪
