Yes I eat the same exact thing every single day & wouldn’t have it any other way. Accept change or remain the SAMEEE 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️
I always post meal prep videos but this is how I structure those meals into my day!
This was from last week & things already look a little different this week and continue to change as my goals/phases change! That’s the whole point.
Fuel your body with the right foods & notice the difference. Not just physically, but MENTALLY as well!
Also I just want to make note that macros are a TOOL to use & adjust based on your goals (refer to last slide) - not something to obsess over or fear.
I notice a shift towards intuitive eating, and I understand the push but if I ate intuitively it certainly would not look like this lol let’s just say that. Especially if you are someone who struggles with hunger cues (never feeling hungry, always feeling “hungry” (bored)) then do not listen to anyone who tells you to eat intuitively. It just doesn’t make sense.
Structure is not restriction, it is STRATEGY 🫶🏼🙂↕️
