Fall season kickoff next weekend.
Essential Pre-Game Checklist:
Gear Check: Ensure cleats are clean, shin guards are packed, and uniforms/socks are ready.
Hydration/Nutrition: Drink water throughout the day. Eat easily digestible carbs 1-3 hours before (e.g., banana, toast, granola bar).
Arrival: Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before kickoff for team warm-ups and to get into the right mindset.
Physical Prep: Perform a dynamic warm-up to loosen muscles (jogging, high knees, stretching).
Final Touches: Remove all jewelry, check laces, and ensure extra gear if necessary.
For Parents/Coaches:
Sideline Behavior: Respect referees and stay in designated areas.
Support: Keep encouragement positive and focus on effort rather than just the outcome.

⚽️🌩️ AYSO soccer season is officially underway!
After a one-hour lightning delay, the Mundelein 19U Girls took on Round Lake 19U Girls in a hard-fought season opener. Both teams played with determination, and Mundelein came away with a thrilling 2-1 victory! 🎉⚽️
