Who should attend Interior Conflict 1?

You don’t have to be on a tactical team to benefit from realistic, scenario-based training.

🔹 Everyday citizens: Whether protecting yourself or your family, preparation includes recognizing danger, identifying opportunities to disengage, and understanding when action may be necessary.

🔹School Resource Officers: Your environment includes students, staff, and visitors. Recognizing a threat and making sound decisions means accounting for everyone around you.

🔹 Church security personnel: Protecting a congregation requires awareness, communication, and judgment, including recognizing when a situation calls for intervention and when it doesn’t.

**PLEASE WELCOME NICHOLAS LaROSA TO MTAC TRAINING!**

We're excited to welcome Nicholas "Nick" LaRosa, Founder and Lead Instructor of .training , as we expand our tactical medicine training programs!

Nick brings extensive real-world experience in emergency medical services, search and rescue, clinical medicine, event medicine, and dignitary protection as a Special Response Team (SRT) medic.

He's also instructed across the United States and internationally, working with civilians, law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel, federal agents, military personnel, and foreign special operations forces.

A father faced something no parent should ever have to face. He acted to protect children, and his account makes clear the terrible weight of that moment.

We honor his courage while grieving with the families whose lives have been forever changed.

Curious about what indoor drones could bring to your agency’s operations?

In addition to flying your own drone at MTAC Air’s Public Safety UAS Fly Day, you’ll have an opportunity to pilot demo aircraft from Midwest Robotics LE.

Their team, both full-time law enforcement officers, will be available throughout the event to answer questions about their systems and share lessons from their department’s drone operations.
