Future Fitness has joined forces with kennedy Health to become Kennedy Fitness & Wellness. This new partnership merges the best fitness capabilities in the Delaware Valley and a premier health program in the Kennedy Health system to deliver a fitness & wellness continuum supported by a medical model. Kennedy Fitness & Wellness Centers are full-service health clubs offering over 12 different lines

of the most state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Hundreds of free group fitness classes including Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing, Barre, Insanity®, POUND®, Step, Spinning, Aquatics and more are offered every week at our 6 South Jersey locations. Members can take advantage of free monthly personal training sessions, free monthly fitness evaluations administered by our on-site nurses, free nutritional counseling, indoor heated saltwater swimming pools and spas, saunas and steam rooms, hydrotherapy massage, daycare and more. In addition to all of the free amenities our KFW family members get, programming such as swimming lessons and clinics, Pilates Reformer classes, TRX, cross training, and Aerial Yoga classes are all available to members and non-members for an additional fee. Plus, all KFW members get reduced and discounted rates at our partnering Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Massage locations (as well as at a variety of other local businesses).
