Spring break is coming up this week, and that means summer is peaking right around the corner 👀

What are you doing to feel more confident in yourself? There’s no better time to start now!

Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays in the MMS gym for a great workout! Whether you workout everyday, are recovering from an injury, or are new to it all, we have workouts that accommodate everyone and ensure that you feel good about yourself when you leave!

Our time is from 4-5, but plan to add classes later in the evenings in the upcoming weeks.

Nothing is better than creating a great support group, while feeling good about yourself. And best of all, seeing results!! 💪🏻💚

We have some exciting news!!! We will be starting our WOMENS FITNESS classes back up in the next 2 weeks. Kids classes will start in May. Please be on the lookout for an opening date, we are excited to see everyone! 💚🥊

Unfortunately, the snow and ice has caused significant damage to the roof of our building. We are working on making the repairs in hopes to start classes when warmer weather comes in March 🤞🏻

With school starting back and everyone posting photos of your adorable children, please be mindful of revealing personal information about your child. Their full name, name of their school, grade, age and other identifying tidbits can be used by predators and scammers. The safest practice is to keep personal information to a minimum, no matter your privacy settings or friends. Have a great school year!
