We see people talk about our “Radom Poland” markings on our AKs a lot. There’s a legitimate story behind that, which we wanted to share.

Pioneer Arms exists in the AK space, due to the Polish liquidation of the military Circle 11 factory assets. When the Soviet wall fell, governments were doing a lot of weird stuff and also downsizing. So when the military Factory 11 or “Circle 11” was liquidated, a lot of assets including actual Plant buildings were acquired and used to start Pioneer Arms.

While Pioneer Arms never made guns for Circle 11 during Soviet Occupation, nor made guns for the Polish government afterward, they continue to make AKM style rifles using the same licensed Kalashnikov technical schematics that were acquired from Circle 11.

Ironically while PAC has not made guns for the Polish Military, they have made them for other countries militaries, including by supplying the AKs for Excalibur Army’s contracts, which is a Czech company that is one of the largest independent small arms and military infrastructure suppliers to nations across the globe.

There is a lot of cool stuff going on with Pioneer Arms Corp in Poland, and once the international projects they are working on are completed, we will be able to give more updates of what they have been up to.

Thank you and to everyone who stopped by our booth at the manufacturer Showcase this weekend. Friday & Saturday were wall to wall people at the booth for the most part, and we got to show so many people our AKs, and let them shoot them for the first time.

To those that made the trek to say hi and shoot our guns, thank you. It was amazing to be able to meet you in person, for those that are now following us and heard about us for the 1st time there, we appreciate you stopping by and checking us out!

and has been a staple of the Charlotte, NC for decades and we are honored we were able to Showcase our fi****ms alongside other large names in the industry at their event. Being able to meet people who own our products and connect is a big thing.

It’s always a great day when you get to shoot AK’s.

Ran into while at the this weekend. He pulled out his Pioneer AK’s that he has customized over the years, and I think he absolutely crushed it. We love to see when owners personalize their AKs.

It was really cool to meet him as well as other Pioneer owners, and those who were unfamiliar with the brand/ or didn’t know what we have been up to lately.

It was amazing to see the turn out for the match, meet so many people, and I can’t wait for the next

Aaron, Austin, Eric, and Ben did an incredible job putting on the , I’m excited to see it continue to grow.

It’s happening. The Polish Red 🇵🇱 Micro Hellpup Classic’s. What a glorious sight.

Took me 20 minutes to lay half a pallet of them out and climb on top of a ladder to take this video and some pictures. That’s dedication 🫡

On Friday I posted noting that all of our AK’s (with the exception of the Underfolder model) come standard with traditional Soviet/ Russian compatible side optics rails.

Here is a video showing what that really means and how this feature can make your AK even more fun to customize and use.

The drum is just for giggles, I think it looks incredibly cool with the 75rd drum in it personally so wanted to show it off with one we had laying around.

Went out back and look what I found - our Exclusive AK Sporter with Underfolder stock from Pioneer Arms USA Official.

Imported from Radom, Poland, it is produced in some of the same buildings once used by the venerable Polish Military Circle 11 Plant.

Using the licensed Kalashnikov AK blueprints, Pioneer Arms AK-style fi****ms are true to the original design.

The Sporter Underfolder series of AK rifles feature a 16.3” barrel with 14x1LH thread pitch, a forged front trunnion, Russian Pattern furniture compatibility, and a horizontal stamped sheet metal underfolder stock.

The Underfolder stock is horizontal in it’s open position and not angled, allowing for the best possible cheek rest for an accurate and consistent sight picture.

This Model, POL-AK-S-UF-FT is chambered in 7.62x39 and comes with beautiful hand-rubbed oil-based varnished Polish laminated wood handguards complete with palm swells for additional grip.

There is just something so inherently mesmerizing about rows of AK Rifles all lined up next to each other- it never gets old to me.
