Let us help fill your summer with fun and fitness!
This program is open to kids, ages 7-11. We welcome kids with any athletic experience.

The purpose of this class is to get kids moving in a fun, structured and safe environment. We will introduce gymnastics, balance, coordination and other movements with an emphasis on proper form and mechanics.

Dates: June 30-August 27
Where: CrossFit Mukilteo, 12108 Mukilteo Speedway Ste B4
Days: Tuesdays
Time: 5:00-5:45pm
Cost: $125 (10% Discount for CF Mukilteo Members)

🏋️Member Spotlight: Kaera!!🏋️

We are so excited to showcase Kaera as our latest Member Spotlight!
Kaera became a member at CFMuk a little over a year ago, and we are so glad she did!
Despite previous injuries and some chronic pain, Kaera sets a stellar example of consistency and hard work.
She always shows up to class with a smile and a great attitude. She's helpful to newcomers and is receptive to feedback, always looking to improve!

We are so grateful to have Kaera as a member of our community. Keep up the amazing work!

1. What motivated you to join CrossFit?
I was in a bit of a slump workout wise. I used to be really into lifting in college but had a major setback with jaw surgery. I tried many things to get back into the gym but was struggling to stay consistent. As soon as I joined crossfit I felt accountable and saw real results. Everyone is also very motivating which helps.

2. What is your favorite type of workout music?
Big B***y Mix, EDM

3. What are some of your favorite things about CrossFit?
I love the community aspect, sometimes I don’t even feel like working out but still enjoy coming to class and seeing everyone 

4. What are some of your favorite things to do outside of the gym?
I love taking my Beagle Bentley on new adventures, he loves whidbey Island! And Ofcourse going home to Hawaii and being with family. Anything that involves being in the ocean.

🏋️Member Spotlight: Kelly!!🏋️
We are so excited to showcase Kelly as our latest Member Spotlight!
Kelly has been a member at CF Mukilteo since day one and even helped us set up the facility before opening day! We are so appreciative of Kelly's work ethic and positive attitude. He has many years of CrossFit experience under his belt, making him a leader in the gym. He is welcoming to new members and is committed to attending classes regularly.
Kelly crushes any workout with heavy lifting and is impressive with his gymnastics skills!

1. What motivated you to join CrossFit?

I grew up competitive in sports. Football and wrestling. Wrestled from 5 years old and into my 20's. Joined the Marines after high school and stayed active and in shape. After I got out of the military I started to get lazy and out of shape. I would go to the gym and lift, but definitely didn't push myself hard enough. I heard a little bit about CrossFit in 2012 and wanted to try it out. But I didn't think I was in good enough shape to start. I thought I had to get in really good shape first on my own before even trying it. I finally decided to try it out in 2012 and haven't stopped since. Best decision ever!

2. What is your favorite type of workout music?

Well my favorite type of workout music is the one that nobody ever wants to listen to. Country! I also like hard rock/ heavy metal. But definitely Country!!!

3. What are some of your favorite things about CrossFit?

*The people that I've met.
*Not having to think about what I'm going to do, just being told what to do.
*As hard as the workouts are, I love the way I feel after completing a workout 
*The community! The way everyone pushes everybody else, lifts each other up and cheers everyone one on!

4. What are some of your favorite things to do outside of the gym?

Taking my dog to the beach or taking him hiking. Spending time with my adult kids when they have the time to still want to hang out with me. Spending time with my family.
