I’ve been quietly making a real attempt at this bodybuilding thing. Getting stronger in the higher rep ranges. Incline Bench at 185 for 12.

I’ve been pushing my Bulgarians hard this block. 220 here and I was targeting 8 reps but flubbed the catch with the VTS. Still very happy with the progress.

Sets of 315 for 5 on high box squats. I’m working on improving confidence again under the bar but I’ve got some work to do. Squat overall is still lagging behind deadlift and bench but I think it’s a head thing.

3 board press for sets of 3 295. Being sub 200 has made me lose some strength but I’m knocking at the door of a 315 1RM again… at least in theory. Training has been really consistent and hitting the targets I’ve set since the minisplit has been repaired so that’s the main goal right now. Just to the letter consistency.

Finally repaired the minisplit. Back to barefoot and stringers!

AMRAP set with 195 on Incline Bench. Still quietly chugging along.

Bench Press always seems to go as planned or better. Happy with both AMRAP sets: 265 for 4 and 180 for 16. Followed up with moderate close grip work and some back and arms accessories.
