Have an idea or suggestion you want to pitch to the park? Our monthly board meeting takes place tonight at 6:00pm. You do not need to be a member to join us. Meeting is held at Public House East and usually lasts one hour.

Hello Everyone

I would like to introduce myself, I am the new president of the board of directors for Sun Valley Shooting Park (Mitchell Travis). We have some new exciting things in the works around the park.
I am writing to let all of our members know that we have raised our membership to $200.00 a year. Some of the other fees have also increased.
We are also discontinuing our lifetime membership starting May 1st 2023. The price is going to remain at $1,750 until May1st 2023 after which it will no longer be offered. If you want to sign up for a lifetime membership, you will have until May 1st 2023.
You can sign up online or in person at the range.
It has also been brought to my attention that some of our long range shooters have not taken the solo test yet, you will need to pass the long range solo test to shoot at the long range without a spotter. Contact me or the range master(Harold) to get this taken care of. It is a one time only test.

Here it is our first match of the year. We are doing a little different format so please give us a hand in trying something new. Hopefully it works well and allows us to keep matches going and maybe even improve stages. We will be doing same day setup starting at 8 am. Meaning we won’t start shooting until stages are setup and checked. Once we are good walk throughs and shooting will commence. If all goes to plan we should stay on the same schedule as normal just with the added time in the morning. Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend. Below is the PractiScore link

Sun Valley is hosting our first Regional centerfire points match!! Get signed up, spots will go quickly!

PRS Northwest Regional Points Match. Steel Targets from 125 to 625 yards from a variety of positions and props. Gates open at 0800. Rounds down range at 0900 Fee: $50 for all participants.

We have made some adjustments to our prices here at the park. The new daily fees are as follows:

Adult - $16
Junior (7-17yrs old) - $7
Children (6and under) - Free!
