Thank you to everyone who showed up and took on the Murph Challenge. Seeing adults, athletes, parents, and kids all pushing themselves together is what this is about. Hard work. Accountability. Community.

A big thank you to Matt Sites and Trevor Higgins for encouraging the high school football players to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves physically and mentally. That leadership matters.

The Murph is not easy. Every person who finished should be proud.
