Thank you so much to Falk's Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration for the super fast response this morning!!! Our AC went out and they were there on the spot to save the day!!!!

We wanted to let all of our loyal clients and fans know that after some long discussions we have decided to sell the gym. We are planning to remain open until we find a buyer. The business and real estate will be for sale and listed with Main Place Commercial. Thank you for your support!

Let's get fired up!!! The Barnes Gym Coffee Run 5K is creeping its way to the date!! April 22nd is race day!! Sign ups at 121 Coffee Run, the whole month of March! We will have a prize for the for the winner of the race and medals for places first through third! This is a NON PROFIT race! All proceeds go to Moweaqua PowWow!!! BARNES GYM COFFEE RUN 5K!!! Signups start March first and go through March 31st. Sign up at 121 Coffee Run, down town Moweaqua!!! $30 entry fee. Gets you a free t-shirt, drink from 121 coffee shop, and the race! This is a NON PROFIT race. All remaining proceeds go to 2023 Moweaqua POW WOW!

BARNES GYM COFFEE RUN 5K!!! on April 22nd, starting at 9am, we will be co-hosting a NON-PROFIT 5K with 121 Coffee Run for the community!!! It will start at Barnes Gym and end at 121 Coffee Run! Sign ups start March 1st and end March 31st! $30 registration fee to join. You get a free 5k t-shirt (from Its A Bling Thing) and a drink from 121 Coffee Run! Sign up at Barnes Gym or 121 Coffee Run! All other proceeds go towards sponsoring the 2023 Moweaqua POW WOW! Race will be police escorted! Registrations are cash only. Hope to see you there with your running shoes ready!! 👟
