Such a fun night with our “Healthy through the Holidays” group…we made affirmation bags 💗

We will continue to add to our bags to practice positive self talk! Some days we will add to the bag…other days we will take an affirmation out to read to ourselves! We will do what we need to do to live our best life!!

Keep being amazing!! 🤩 These ladies truly light up my life! 💡I feel blessed to be surrounded by so many positive women!! 💜

It has always been a dream of mine to start group activities for women at B-fit…more than just working out…Last night was a total success!! We were surrounded by a group of fabulous women!! I could not be prouder…they took the time out of their busy schedules to focus on their awesome lives!! My heart is full as I reflect on evening! It is wonderful to see what you can accomplish when you surrounded yourself with the perfect group of women! Keep being amazing, ladies!! And always remember…See the Good! 💜🫶🏼💜
