Our training system is based on a positive learning atmosphere, developing the FUNdamentals of tennis focusing on team work using fun and innovative drills. Our philosophy is to keep players actively engaged to help them develop skills for multiple sports, create friendships, and build a healthy life style. Our innovative training builds necessary skills for tennis while providing a great source o

f cross training for several other sports; Baseball, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, Lacrosse, Golf, Goal Tending, Water Polo, Hockey, Punting, and, Soccer. Training includes over hand throwing, underhand throwing, catching, kicking, footwork ladder drills, along with hitting tennis balls.

*Did you know the ability to skip is instrumental in learning to read by developing the connection between the right and left halves of the brain? Our sport and our training methods will make positive developments in children and adults in tennis and for all other physical activities they are involved in. Our training will encourage and challenge first time athletes, competitive tennis players, and multi-sport athletes while building team work skills. We pride ourselves in being on the front line of defense fighting against the national epidemics of diabetes, childhood obesity, heart decease, and depression.
