At Girls VIBE, we don’t just “work out” We train with PURPOSE. 💞💖💕

This week kicks off our official Skill Testing Week, where every athlete will complete baseline performance testing at the START of the 9-week program and then retest again at the END to measure growth, progress, and overall athletic development.

Why is this important? 👇

✨ EXTRINSIC MOTIVATION APPROACH ✨
When athletes can SEE their progress, confidence grows.
Numbers create accountability. Results create motivation.

From speed and agility to power, endurance, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Every test gives athletes a measurable goal to chase throughout the program.

🏁 What gets measured gets improved.

Athletes will have the opportunity to:
✔️ Track personal growth
✔️ Build confidence through measurable wins
✔️ Stay motivated during the full 9 weeks
✔️ Learn how consistency creates results
✔️ Compete against their OWN previous performance
