If you have SilverSneakers as part of your health insurance, STAY TUNED! I just finished my Splash certification course and applied for my Aqua Zumba class to be SilverSneakers approved!!!

If you don’t know, SS is a fitness program covered by your insurance. My regular Zumba classes at Champs Fitness are already covered by this program so if you have it, you can attend for free! If my new Aqua Zumba class is approved, it will be a similar situation: you will simply be responsible for the $2 pool fee OR your aerobics pass will cover my class!
