This is a good article to read if you are taking Advil on a regular basis. It mentions Tylenol as an alternative to Advil. Tylenol may not interfere with the muscle rebuilding process like Advil may. Other alternatives include topical products, ice/heat, manual therapy, foam rolling or accupuncture...or an active recovery.

I like my Coke Zero, but drinking tea or sparkling water can be a good substitute. You definitely feel better skipping the soda. Drinking soda is probably one of the worse decisions you can make with respect to food.

People who drank one to six artificially sweetened drinks a week had a higher risk of stroke or dementia.
