I generally like a hearty breakfast. And tend to stray from the norm here. Americans think of breakfast foods traditionally and opt for pancakes, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, etc. Most of which are better in moderation than as a regular plan. I dig leftovers and love having them for breakfast as a chance to use them.

Grill season means less pots and pans, baby! Love salmon and it’s a great leftover. Both the veggie recipes were winners...

I’m pretty good (not great) at meal prep. abut it’s an absolute key to eating decent. I trimmed, seasoned and grilled this little bunch of chicken to have accessible. One favorite is an asian garlic soy sauce marinade. Only needs and hour or two to marinade. Sometimes a simple salt and pepper works great. Another is a favorite that i love.
