Mt. Lake Family Fitness 24 Hour Fitness Center Mt. Lake Family Fitness is a 24 hour locally owned fitness center located in downtown Mt.

Lake featuring cardio, free weights, weight machines and tanning beds. We are also an accredited "Silver Sneakers" provider. The center is currently staffed from 4:00 - 7:00 pm Monday and Wednesday.

OMG it finally happened!!!! We are open!!!! Your fobs are on and if they are not please come and talk to me!! Please use wipes ,hand sanitizer and 6 feet social distance. Come shed the corona pounds!! 1 year membership with free fob and set up fee and Free tanning!! 6 month membership with free tanning!! I’m sorry to say this AGAIN, we will not be opening June 1st. We are to remain closed I’m assuming till mid June. What a fn joke!! Sick of this crap and MN! I want to be OPEN!! All people want is to try and get back on their feet again and start working and open up businesses that are still closed! People need to work and get this economy moving again!! 🙄🙏🏋️💪👎👎🤬🤬
