Ready to stay active, build strength, and improve your balance? 💪💙

Lake Forest Senior Living at Mountain Home is offering a FREE 12-week SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) program, open to anyone in the community!

Classes begin September 8 and will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Exercises can be done sitting or standing and are led by trained instructors.

We kicked off our new Resident University Series with LeeAnn with Campfire Creations! 🏕️🍫

Residents from Assisted Living, Apartments, and our Nursing Home learned about favorite campfire treats while making s’mores pastries and pigs in a blanket.

Along the way, they practiced following steps, problem-solving, and fine motor skills while reminiscing about past camping experiences. A fun and delicious first class!

Special visitors always brighten the day! 🐾❤️

Therapy dog Ayla and Diane stopped by to visit residents in our nursing home and Memory Care this afternoon. Their visits always bring plenty of smiles, comfort, and happy moments.
