We’ve added a plate loaded 45 degree back extension to the floor! It’s a great machine for building posterior chain strength and can be used to isolate a few different things:

🦵Hamstring Emphasis
•Neutral spine
•Drive through feet
•Slight bend in knee

🍑 Glute Emphasis
•Slight upper-back rounding
•Drive through heels + hip pad
•Hinge through hips

🦴Low back/erector Emphasis
•Neutral spine
•Shortened range of motion

Hey Legendz! In case you didn’t know, we just added a stand-up tanning bed to the facility. Some highlights include:
☀️ Higher-powered bulbs for a shorter session time
❤️ Red light therapy to support skin appearance, help with skin texture and collagen density over time
💙 Blue light therapy for antibacterial effects against acne-causing bacteria
