This strategic move is essential for diversifying our genetics and enhancing the overall health and vigor of our herd. By bringing in new blood, we will improve traits like fertility, growth rates, and disease resistance. Shout out to Star S Ranch for working with us on this!
▪️The Titus and Brute Story▪️
We have agreed upon a bull swap with DC Ranches and Dos C’s Ranch for a 2-year period in order to work towards a mutual goal, to
improve genetic diversity whilst focusing on specific traits we want to see in our future herds and offspring.
Titus and Brute both carry unbelievable phenotypical structure, depth, horn mass and conformity. Whilst Titus is a proven breeder of excellent offspring, he has that “something special” we want to add to our Star S female lines. Brute is a virgin bull out of one of the best Star S Ranch sable lines. He is sired by 48.5” Selous XL and 32”+ S19, who is a 47”+ Llano daughter out of 32”+ B12 (Ouma).
Persistence and patience are key with projects like this.
Let’s watch them grow!
