Every single person in this gym had a day one.

They walked through the doors not knowing exactly what to expect. Maybe they felt a little nervous. Maybe they wondered if they belonged here, but they showed up anyway. Then they came back. And suddenly, day one turned into day 100.

The gym isn't reserved for elite athletes and bodybuilders. It's for everyone at every age, every fitness level and every stage of life.

Our hope is that when you walk into C12, you find more than a workout. We hope you find your place and your people.
