Aerial Yoga is a dynamic and graceful style of yoga that uses a soft hammock that is suspended from the ceiling. By combining traditional yoga postures, pilates, and gentle acrobatics, aerial yoga helps deepen stretches, build strength, and improve flexibility while reducing pressure on the joints.

The hammock serves as a supportive prop that enhances balance, improves alignment, and allows for safe, accessible inversions, while also enabling the creation of elegant shapes and fluid dance-inspired flows!
