I just wanted to update you guys on my progress!

I am recovering nicelyā€¦thank you for all of your cards and support! I miss my clients but am definitely enjoying some R&R now that Iā€™m feeling betteršŸ¤—

30 minute class for members only

NO SUN VALLEY CLASS ON MONDAY

1pm Jeffersontown Senior Center
(30 minute session FREE to members this time ONLY!!)

Letā€™s make this a crowd at Jtown so I can add this to the weekly schedule! If I get enough participants I can hold a weekly class with a $5 chargeā€¦grab a friend and meet me there!!!!!

Weā€™ve been working on being in our own ā€œspaceā€ in class. During a seated warrior our eyes are closed so we can move as the body ā€œfeelsā€ not as it ā€œseesā€. This technique helps people to connect their breathing and movements and not compare themselves to others! And donā€™t worry my eyes are always open so I can make sure everyone is safe and sound šŸ˜‰
