What a day! Congratulations to all those who competed today and thank you to the parents and judges who made today run smoothly. Big thank you to Master Nixon and Mellennia Taekwondo for hosting this tournament. We have Monday off for Memorial Day, so we'll return to our normal schedule on Tuesday. Great job, everyone!

Mr. Wright is temporarily out with a knee injury and Ms. Schmitt is unable to cover classes tonight. We will move the Youth Color Rank class to tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6:00pm instead of open mat. Thank you for understanding. 🥋

Huge thank you to Mellennia DeWitt Taekwondo for hosting us last night! Thank you to all the parents and students who made the drive. Everyone seemed to have a great time and we definitely got sweaty!

It’s almost time! Join us in DeWitt for a sparring night! REMINDER: there will be NO class at our academy tonight.

Who’s ready for sparring night??? The academy has been deep cleaned and we’re looking forward to hosting the instructors and students from Strength & Honor Taekwondo Academy + for a night of sparring training.

For those that are attending the 4:30 class this evening, think of it as a forms seminar. We will be dedicating a large chunk of class time to review forms as well as to offer one on one time with students that need assistance with their highest pattern. We want to do our best to ensure that everyone earns their form stripe before testing.

The 4:30 class will end at 5:30 and sparring will begin at 6, ending at 7:30. Please bring your gear if you have your own. We have a limited amount of sparring gear for people to use at the academy. This should be a fun evening!
