Super solid turnout all around — a lot of strong lifts and a great crowd.

Here's a quick follow-up photo collage to our first puppy yoga session here at Fitness 1440 Mount Vernon, WA earlier this month. Bryce and Liz brought their Golden puppies by for a stretch session. As you can tell, everyone got a chance to experience some puppy lovin'. Amazing time.
