Due to low attendance, we will be adjusting our Child Watch hours starting September 30th. The new staffed hours will be:

🗓️Mondays and Wednesdays
⏰4:30 PM to 7:30 PM

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you would like to see different hours offered, please message us! If there’s enough interest, we may bring back additional days and times.

Please note, the child watch room will still be available outside of these hours, but it will be up to the parents discretion whether their children use the room without supervision. The times listed above will be the only times it is staffed.

We are a family oriented facility, no matter what please feel free to bring your kiddos along with you during a workout!
