Big celebration 🎉 and a challenge👊🏼!

First, we want to celebrate a few members!! They have been coming consistently to group fitness classes at Mount Vernon Gym since 2011-Sherry (on the left), 2018 Eileen (on the right) and 2021 Tom (in the middle) ((not pictured is Martha since 2020))!! Congrats on your commitment and consistency!!!

They’ve inspired us to create a challenge for everyone else!! For the month of September we’ll be taking attendance in ALL group fitness classes. There will be a winner for the MWF 8AM, T/TH 8AM and T/TH 9AM classes. Prizes will include lymphatic massage, Juice+ nutrition, and Mount Vernon gym swag!!!!

So, mark your calendars, set your alarms and make plans to attend classes Sept 1-30 and win!!!! The best prize is you’ll create a new habit and better health!!
