We finally have an Elliot Blueberry picking which will be on Saturday morning July 18 th from 8 AM TIL 10 AM. 70 bushes to pick. Thanks for everyone being patient.I hope we get some rain between now and then as that would make even more of them turn blue.

Change in picking plans:
We will be closed for picking on the Fourth of July as the birds have finished picking my 500 plus Blueray and Bluecrop bushes without a picking appointment 🙄. I still have 70 Elliot bushes that will need picked as they ripen in the near future. So I will be closed until they are ready. ENJOY YOUR 4 th!

Change in picking plan! I have to work tomorrow so we will give the blueberries an extra day to ripen. So we will NOT be open on Friday July 3rd but we will be open Saturday July 4 th at 7 am til 11 AM. Sorry for any inconveniences. Have a GREAT FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND!

So far tonight not many pickers with so many blueberries to pick . Tomorrow night we will be open at 6 pm. Some of the best picking of the season just ask all of the birds visiting our patch🙄… we actually had a nice breeze to pick in tonight… Also one of the most frequent question I get is ,”What do with your blueberries? “ My wife , Bev , made Blueberry Babka tonight which I believe is one of her sour dough creations… Please share your favorite Blueberry creations and remember to come pick tomorrow night.

JUST CONFIRMING WE WILL BE OPEN FOR PICKING TONIGHT!
Our next picking at Big D’s will be at 6 pm Tuesday June 30th. This may change if I have to work late on Tuesday. I will let you know by noon on Tuesday. No news means we will be open at 6 pm.
