Hi Zumba friends! If you haven't already heard the news, I'm teaching classes locally now at Knox Community Hospital's Connections Fitness facility at 1330 Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon.

My 60-minute classes are Tuesday nights at 6:15p, and I would love to have you join me!

Connections Fitness is membership-based (no day or class passes), and it's the area's only medical fitness center. I can get you a guest pass if you are interested in giving it a try. (https://www.kch.org/connections-fitness)
