In the first video, her drag leg is collapsing instead of staying strong through the pitch.

After a few activation drills, we went back to her full motion and 👏 LOOK 👏 AT 👏 THAT 👏 DIFFERENCE!

And this was all in ONE lesson! 💪

Sometimes it’s not about completely changing a pitcher’s mechanics — it’s about finding what isn’t firing and giving her body the tools to fix it.
