It's always fun to see owners kicking ass. This is Joe Lewis' very first bird dog, very first dog he has train, and very first dog he has tested... man, has it been fun to get these messages. They are figuring it out, learning along the way, and building a strong bond. Joe is prepping for NAVHDA Utility with Miko. Miko is just shy of 1 year, together they earned a 112 Prize 1 in Natural Ability. Fall is going to be a huge highlight for them and I can't wait!

Deets from our Duez x Sister litter, came this morning with owners Tyler and Tristan Roberts from Arizona, to get in some field practice. This dog is extremely natural in the field, really enjoyed watching him work and you can tell he has a great relationship with his owners. He loves water, we had him tracking last time he visited, just a really sweet boy with wonderful manners. Shout out to his awesome owners!

Really cool watching these two and their partnership take off. Miko is Joe’s first bird dog, and Joe jumped into the bird dog world with big goals and full commitment. The time, effort, and investment he’s putting into Miko is paying off, and it shows. Excited to watch all they accomplish together.

Spring River Gemma, owned and handled by Daniel Mallory, at last weekends MO Uplands / Navhda training day. She is looking good, Daniel is training for Utility and we can't wait to see what they accomplish. Daniel and Gemma have had some great seasons on wild birds.

Big Congrats to Williow for her 102 Prize II in last weekends Natural Ability test with the MO Uplands / Navhda chapter. Special thank you to her owner Jamie Parnell for placing her with Aleah Marcoe at Backwater Hunting Dogs. Aleah did a fantastic job with her, and I always appreciate owners willing to invest in their pups. Williow is a Duez x Sister pup and she is going to have a big fall chasing wild birds in wild places!
