Industrial League is in full swing and tonight Overlook Golf Course is cooking up the meal. Team Rankings: 1. I Like Big Putts, 2. Leftover Cutters, 3. Donnie Scott. Looking for a Part-time assistant Grounds keeper. Must be 18 years or older with a current driver's license and capable of lifting 30 to 50 pounds. 20 to 30 hours a week over the summer plus occasional evening watering. Opportunity to grow and learn grounds keeper skills. Work on the Greens is never done. Grass mowed at 3/16 of an inch requires a lot of care and maintenance...even over fall and winter. We just finished aerating and core drilling, followed by blowing mowing, verti-cutting, sanding and dragging. The greens are the most labor-intensive part of the course, but it all worth it when our customers return from their play happy and satisfied!
