417 Resilience VBC Open gym tonight!

Walk-ins are welcome!! But if you have the opportunity, it really helps the staff if you sign up ahead using the link in their post 😊

They currently have 13 signed up for 10u-14u and 10 for 15u-18u. Grab a buddy & come get some intentional volleyball reps 🏐🏐

Open gyms start Thursday, June 4th 🏐💙

We can’t wait to see old and new faces in the gym! If you haven’t already, please sign up ahead of time so we know how many to expect each session.

We wrapped up the Spring Unleash Your Skills 🏐 clinic tonight!

A huge THANK YOU to the coaches, Kurstine, Chad, and Kaitlyn, for pouring into our youth athletes and sharing your knowledge of the game.

Throughout the clinic, athletes learned:
🏐 Proper warm-up techniques
🏐 Passing fundamentals
🏐 Setting skills
🏐 Hitting mechanics
🏐 Serving techniques

We saw so much improvement and growth across the board, and we’re proud of every athlete who showed up ready to work!
