Shout out to my client, Ellen!!
“In January 2020 I decided I needed to get in shape. I was unable to do many of the things I love to do, like hiking and working in my yard. I think someone told me about the Ageless Fitness program at Anytime Fitness. I went and was paired with Liam Vleck as my trainer. Please note that I have never participated in sports or had any desire to use machines at a gym. Now, almost three years later, I workout with Liam and a few other women three days a week! I have better balance, better strength, and the confidence to do many things I couldn’t do or avoided doing before. I can get myself off the ground, I can safely lift and carry heavy objects. I can squat down and stand back up on uneven ground in my garden. I can stand on a ladder and use a heavy electric trimmer safely. I trip less often and can catch myself when I do. My wife and my sister are surprised and impressed at what I can now do. Ageless Fitness is about learning basic skills to make everyday activities doable and enjoyable; all done with a skilled trainer and in the company of like-minded older adults. This is so much better than using machines on your own, but you can do that too!”
