Horse friends for over 30 years, adult amateur Michele Inman and trainer Stacey Hastings shared many passions, including Iberian breeds and commitment to the sport of dressage. Now, 2.5 years after Inman’s death from pancreatic cancer, Hastings is bringing her friend’s vision to life, with a stallion she imported as a 4-year-old now ranked the No. 1 P.R.E. in the nation. The pair recently awarded a grant from The Dressage Foundation's Pure Spanish Horse/Pura Raza Española Fund for training. Story in comments.
