We are a family-friendly fitness center with a complete selection of exercise equipment, a womens only area, Evolt360 scanner, sauna, steam room, boxing room, Clean Eatz meal prep, Stax Nutrition Supplements, fitness energy drinks, and our own DAC apparel We offer a complete selection of exercise equipment for all your exercise needs, from all our cardio machines to resistance machines, free weigh

ts, to our indoor pool, spa and sauna, to our walking track and MMA/boxing room. We are here to help you get fit and stay fit. Our facility also offers large locker rooms and showers for your convenience. Our family-friendly facility offers an area for children to play and watch TV while you work out. We offer swimming lessons for children in the late winter/early spring to get your child ready for the upcoming summer. Rent our pool for your children's birthday parties or other events. Our pool isn't just for children. Swimming is a great exercise for all ages. We offer water aerobics Monday -Thursday. We also work with physical therapists at Sterling Physical Therapy to offer water therapy. 🔥 DAC IS COLLABORATING WITH TEAM HUNTER!

Steven Hunter will now be offering Saturday fitness classes at Downtown Athletic Club! Class times, schedules, and rates are posted below.

Spots are limited, so stop by the front desk during staffed hours to sign up and reserve your place!

Classes are open to both DAC members and nonmembers.

Nonmembers must:

• Pay the required DAC day-pass fee
• Complete a one-time guest account registration with DAC before entering the facility

Starting Thursday, September 3 at 8:00 AM and continuing through Friday, all sprinkler heads throughout the gym will be replaced.

The gym will remain open during this work. Please be aware of your surroundings, as some areas may be temporarily blocked off to keep everyone safe and allow the workers to complete the job safely.

Our new class time will be 7 PM, with only 4 spots available!

If there is enough interest, we may have the opportunity to open a 9 AM class as well.

Class rates:

• $75 per month for unlimited classes
• $100 per month for unlimited classes and nutrition coaching

The dry sauna is back up and running!

We are very happy with how the new seats turned out, and we hope everyone enjoys the new seating. We will need to close the sauna again briefly once the protective coating products arrive so we can properly protect the new wood.

A friendly but important reminder about our 24/7 access rules. These policies are in place to protect the safety of our members and the security of our facility.

With our new door and access system, violations are very easy for us to identify and verify. No warnings will be given. A $50 fee will be charged per unauthorized person. Your access to the facility will be blocked until all fees are paid. Refusal to comply will result in legal action.
