Our facility also offers large locker rooms and showers for your convenience. Our family-friendly facility offers an area for children to play and watch TV while you work out. We offer swimming lessons for children in the late winter/early spring to get your child ready for the upcoming summer. Rent our pool for your children's birthday parties or other events. Our pool isn't just for children. Swimming is a great exercise for all ages. We offer water aerobics Monday -Thursday. We also work with physical therapists at Sterling Physical Therapy to offer water therapy.
