Don't forget! Our first Yoga in the Park class is happening Monday, June 15 from 7:00–7:45 AM!

The weather forecast looks amazing, making it the perfect morning to step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.

Join us for a gentle start to the week as we move, stretch, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. All levels are welcome!

Free-will donations will be accepted, with proceeds benefiting the Park District.

Come return to nature and discover how good it feels to move under the open sky. We can't wait to see you there!

We're excited to add two new morning weekday classes to help you start your day feeling strong, energized, and centered:

✨ Centered Strength – A full-body fusion of yoga and Pilates-inspired movement designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and stability.

✨ Step Into Strength – A fun and energizing workout that combines cardio, step platform exercises, weights, and mindful movement for a great morning boost.

Just Breathe is returning to nature with a special 5-class Yoga in the Park series focused on grounding, connection, and wellness.

Research has shown that spending time in nature can help restore both the mind and body — reducing stress, improving mood, and helping us feel more balanced and centered. Join us as we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.

Mondays from 7:00–7:45 AM
Dates: 6/15, 6/22, 7/6, 7/13, and 8/10

✨ All classes are free-will donation

We are excited to be adding two new weekday morning classes designed to help you move, strengthen, and feel your best all summer long.

A full-body fusion class that blends yoga flow with Pilates-inspired movement to build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase overall body tone. This low-impact yet energizing class focuses on balance, posture, stability, and mindful movement while strengthening muscles from head to toe. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and refreshed.

A fun and energizing way to start your morning! This class combines cardio step, light strength training, and yoga-inspired movement for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed. Set to upbeat music with a touch of nostalgic workout vibes, you’ll move through simple step combinations, strength exercises, and stretching designed to improve endurance, balance, and overall wellness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is all about moving, building strength, and having fun.
