Just Breathe is excited to share our new summer schedule beginning Monday, June 1st!
We are excited to be adding two new weekday morning classes designed to help you move, strengthen, and feel your best all summer long.
✨ Centered Strength
A full-body fusion class that blends yoga flow with Pilates-inspired movement to build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase overall body tone. This low-impact yet energizing class focuses on balance, posture, stability, and mindful movement while strengthening muscles from head to toe. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and refreshed.
✨ Step Into Strength
A fun and energizing way to start your morning! This class combines cardio step, light strength training, and yoga-inspired movement for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed. Set to upbeat music with a touch of nostalgic workout vibes, you’ll move through simple step combinations, strength exercises, and stretching designed to improve endurance, balance, and overall wellness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is all about moving, building strength, and having fun.
