Great job this weekend girls!

Katie & McKenna absolutely crushed our pitching small group this past Saturday! We really dug into our arm whip mechanics - focusing on brush contact, elbow leading, and a nice loose whippy arm! We also spent time on FSR and core/stabilization. They definitely rose to the occasion! Great job girls! 💫👏💪
